We’ve crafted this Refund & Return Policy to clearly outline our practices regarding how you can request a refund, a return, or a product change, where applicable.
Order Modification & Cancellation Window
For non – customized products: You have 12 hours from the time of placing the order to make requests such as size edits, cancellations, exchanges, or replacements.
For customized products: You have 24 hours from the order placement to apply for a refund. After this 24 – hour period, due to the nature of customization, returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective items. For other issues like incorrect size or style caused by the customer’s wrong choice, if you wish to order a replacement, we’ll support you by offering a 20% discount code (excluding shipping fees). We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Policy Validity Period
Our policy is valid for 30 days after you sign for the express delivery. Once 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns on any products you purchase, regardless of the quantity.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Non – Customized Products
If you’ve received the wrong size or style compared to your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at service@clothingstrade.com, and we’ll provide you with the return address. We’ll be delighted to replace the items as per your request. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee to send items back to our warehouse.
Customized Products
As mentioned earlier, returns for customized products are only accepted for damaged or defective items. If you encounter such an issue, follow the same process of contacting us at the provided email address for further instructions.
Refunds (If Applicable)
In the case of damaged or defective items, once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item(s). We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we’ll process your refund and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within 7 working days, and it will be no later than 30 working days in any case.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, here’s what you should do:
First, double – check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, get in touch with your bank. There’s often a processing time before a refund is reflected.
